Platform-specific
returns a pointer to the current default RpAtomic pipeline.
Currently, the default default (yes, that's right :) ) RpAtomic pipeline for
PlayStation 2 uses the PS2All.csl node for speed - see RpAtomicSkyGetPS2AllPipeline
and RpMaterialSkyGetPS2AllMatPipeline
for details.
The world plugin must be attached before using this
function.

- Returns pointer to the pipeline if successful or NULL if there
is an error.
